We live in Vancouver and had toured homes in Medicine Hat two years ago with Devon. There were some amazing properties and we were able to pin down our choice neighborhood’s. We are now ready to retire to the land of sunshine and arranged to meet Devon again to see what was available. With lots of homes being sold and added in our one week planning window and us changing our mind multiple times on properties we finally had a list of 8 favourites. So arriving on a Sunday, seeing the properties on Monday, an offer was accepted for our next chapter home. Devon arranged a home inspection on Tuesday and by noon the deal was done. It was all so easy and professional thanks to the super organizer assistant, and the energized and efficient Devon. Contacts were provided for who to call for utilities and the transfer of title. As we cannot be in town for the possession date, Devon offered to keep an eye on the place for us and to hold the keys.
